1. Select a date and topic or theme for your event. 

2. Check Shari's schedule to see if your date is available. Events may be pending so please check with Shari to verify scheduling. 

3. E-mail Shari-P31@earthlink.net or call (704) 605-3421 to speak with Shari about your event. 

4. Either, call Shari with your requested date or download Request for Contract, fill it out, and e-mail it to Shari at Shari-P31@earthlink.net.

5. We will e-mail you a contract and ask you to complete, sign, and return it by mail along with a deposit. 

6. Your date will be confirmed as soon as the signed contract with the deposit is received.

Flight departures should be scheduled out of Charlotte Douglas Airport, Charlotte, NC. Please verify with Shari as to the flight schedule prior to confirming reservations. 

Balance of fees and expenses are due (payable to Shari) on the date of the Event.

A deposit is required and will lock your date and be applied to balance due on date of the event.
